Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

We allow a short window of several hours after an order is placed before processing begins — this gives customers a chance to correct any errors or change their minds. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to issue a refund until the item is delivered and returned to the address provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Before sending anything back, we will verify your order using your order number or the contact information you provided at the time of purchase. Your return will be considered confirmed once we have received the item at the return address provided by our team.

Please note that in some cases, we may need to inspect the returned item before processing a refund. If, upon inspection, the item is found to have been worn or is no longer in sellable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount corresponding to your order will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive it. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that bank processing times, generally around 48 hours from the initiation of the refund, are beyond our control and depend on your bank.

If your refund appears delayed, we recommend first checking your bank account again. Then, contact your bank directly to confirm whether the refund is in progress. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only the actual amount paid for sale items will be refunded — not the original full price. Refunds on discounted items are based on the sale price at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at myonesie.co.uk@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement for the same or a similar item (subject to availability and equivalent value).

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on where you live. As noted in our Shipping Policy, delivery times typically range from 8 to 9 days within the UK but may be longer for international orders.

If you’re returning an item from outside the UK, please note that both the return delivery and refund timelines will take longer due to shipping times and customs clearance.

Return Method & Recommendations

We recommend using a tracked delivery service that provides proof of shipment and insurance in case your return is lost or damaged in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking is provided.

While we do not have an official return partner, we generally recommend using a trusted and trackable courier service that fits your location.
