ARTICLE 1 : SCOPE

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the website my-onesie.co.uk.

ARTICLE 2 : ORDER

All online order records are considered valid proof of the nature and content of the purchase. My Onesie will confirm acceptance of your order by email, sent to the address you provide. The sale is deemed final once the payment has been validated by My Onesie.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer involved in a dispute relating to a previous order or payment issue.

ARTICLE 3 : PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All offers and prices shown on my-onesie.co.uk are valid as long as they are visible on the site. However, availability is subject to the stock levels of our suppliers at the time of your visit.

Our product listings are based on databases updated using information provided by our suppliers. Since our catalogue includes hundreds of items, not all products are kept in stock. Therefore, product availability depends on the supplier’s stock.

Only permanent unavailability from our supplier will result in the removal of the product from sale. Otherwise, restocking may still be possible within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery Timeframe : when placing your order, you’ll be given an estimated delivery date. This is calculated by adding the lead time of the item (the longest among the items in your order) to the delivery time of the chosen shipping method. You may cancel your order at any point before dispatch.

While we do our best to ensure accurate stock levels, it is possible that a product listed as available may, in fact, be out of stock or awaiting restock.

In such cases, we’ll contact you to offer the choice of:

  • Waiting for restock
  • Replacing the item with another
  • Receiving a store credit
  • Getting a full refund

ARTICLE 4 : PRICING

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT, but exclude delivery charges. Prices cover the cost of the items, handling, packaging, and storage. They are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

All transactions are processed in GBP. Any customs duties or local taxes that may apply outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5 : SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees include contributions toward handling, packaging, and postage. Charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Regardless of the parcel’s size or weight, the fee remains the same.

Shipping is free within the United Kingdom and to most European countries. Specific delivery options and associated costs (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

ARTICLE 6 : PAYMENT

All payments on my-onesie.co.uk are made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure SSL-encrypted payment system at checkout. You will be asked to enter your card type, full card number (without spaces), expiry date, and CVV code from the back of your card.

Payments are processed directly through secure partner banking platforms. No card data is stored or transmitted through my-onesie.co.uk.

As a result, payment is fully secure. Your order will be recorded and confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY

My Onesie delivers across the United Kingdom and to most European countries. You will receive email updates at each stage of your order: processing, dispatch, and delivery.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours after you receive your order confirmation email, provided the item is in stock.

Estimated delivery times within the UK range from 8 to 9 days, depending on the destination and time of year. During peak periods (e.g. holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.

ARTICLE 8 : WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – CANCELLATIONS

All items sold by My Onesie are brand new and guaranteed to be free from defects. They are equivalent to items sold in high street retail and are supplied by professional, recognised suppliers.

If an item is found to be faulty or not as described, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund. If the final day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. In such cases, please provide photographic and/or video evidence of the fault and email it to myonesie.co.uk@gmail.com.

If you exercise your right to cancel, My Onesie will issue a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of approval, but this may vary depending on your bank.

ARTICLE 9 : TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment is received, regardless of the delivery date. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the goods.

My Onesie is the legal producer and owner of part or all of the data used on this website. By accessing this site, you acknowledge that the data is legally protected and agree not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, or distribute all or any part of the content — in any form, medium, or by any method — without prior written permission.

ARTICLE 11 : LIABILITY

All product descriptions on my-onesie.co.uk are based on information provided by our suppliers. My Onesie cannot be held responsible for errors in this content.

Our products comply with UK law. We cannot be held responsible if an item does not comply with the legislation of another country where it is delivered. We also disclaim responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked to from my-onesie.co.uk.

ARTICLE 12 : GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any transactions made under them are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

ARTICLE 13 : CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, and waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, including their own general terms of purchase.
