By placing an order with My Onesie, you agree to the terms below. They are designed to set clear expectations for both you and us.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free on all orders across the United Kingdom, whatever the size or weight of your parcel.
3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
3.1 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. During this time, you can contact us to request any changes to your items or delivery address.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or stop the parcel. If you no longer want your order, please wait until you receive it, then return it under your right to cancel. Your refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) back.
3.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 8–9 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands may take slightly longer, as can deliveries during busy periods such as Christmas or sales events.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, it may have encountered an issue in transit (e.g. loss or theft). In this case, please contact us at contact@my-onesie.co.uk. We will take all necessary steps to resolve the matter, including sending a free replacement and offering a discount code for your next order.
These situations are rare, but we prefer to keep you informed of any potential delays.
3.3 Important Note
Please note the difference between dispatch and delivery:
- Dispatch is the time our team needs to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier.
- Delivery is the time the carrier needs to bring your parcel to you, which depends on your location.
4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time, based on the most recent updates provided by the delivery carrier.
