Shipping & Orders

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in that email to view the status of your delivery.
If the link doesn’t work, you can also track your parcel here by entering your order number and email, or your tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order. The price stays the same regardless of the size or weight of your parcel.

Shipping is free to the United Kingdom, as well as to France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
In that case, you’ll receive a separate tracking number by email for each shipment — which may arrive a few days apart.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment. This short window allows for last-minute changes to your items or delivery address if needed.

Our standard delivery times are 8 to 9 days to the UK and most European countries. Delays may occur during busy periods, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Yes! We ship worldwide (with very few exceptions), and there’s no minimum order quantity required.

Please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders, particularly to destinations outside the UK and EU.

An additional shipping fee may apply to non-EU countries due to customs handling and extended logistics.

Cancellations & Returns

Yes, cancellation is possible before your order is dispatched.

All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo or video of the issue along with your order number to contact@my-onesie.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
