Once your order has been dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number. Click the number to follow your parcel. If the link does not work, you can also go here. Enter your order number and email, or your tracking number, and you will see every step of your delivery.
Delivery is free on all orders across the United Kingdom.
If your order includes several items, they may be dispatched separately depending on stock levels and which warehouse they come from.
In that case, you receive an email with a tracking number for each parcel. These emails may arrive a few days apart.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, as long as the item is in stock.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday begin processing the next working day.
Estimated delivery within the UK is 8 to 9 working days. This is an estimate and may vary depending on logistics, the carrier, peak periods, or circumstances beyond My Onesie’s control.

PRODUCTS
We recommend using the size chart on each product page. Your height is the most reliable guide. If you are between two sizes, size up.
They’re made to keep you warm on the sofa through autumn and winter, so yes, they’re cosy. The relaxed fit lets air move around, though, so you won’t get that stuffy feeling you get from tight pyjamas.
Depending on the style, our onesies are made from either flannel or fleece (brushed polyester). These fabrics are chosen for their soft feel and their resistance to pilling. They are not scratchy and work well for sensitive skin.
The zip or button closure opens far enough to get undressed quickly and easily. Some styles also have a zip in the back, which makes toilet trips even easier. When a style has one, you can see it in the product photos.
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Turn them inside out and pop them in a mesh laundry bag to protect the hood. Skip the tumble dryer and the iron. They air-dry quickly and fluff right back up on their own.
Yes, every onesie we sell is unisex. The roomy cut works for men and women alike, our kids’ styles fit girls and boys just the same, and our baby sizes are cut the same way for everyone. Just check the size chart to find your fit.

Once it has been dispatched, we cannot stop the parcel, but you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it and return the item(s). See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Yes, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
