By placing an order through My Onesie, you agree to the terms outlined below. These are in place to ensure that both parties are fully aware of and accept our service conditions — to protect one another and set clear expectations.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order. Regardless of the parcel’s size or weight, the rate remains the same.

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, as well as to France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.

3. Shipping Conditions

3.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment. This short delay gives you the opportunity to request any changes to your items or delivery address before dispatch.

Once your order is sent, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment. If you wish to return the product after dispatch, a refund will be processed only once the item has been received back at the address provided.

3.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the UK is 8 to 9 days. These timeframes may occasionally be extended during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, it may have encountered an issue in transit (e.g. loss or theft). In such cases, please contact us at myonesie.co.uk@gmail.com. We’ll take all necessary steps to resolve the matter — including offering a free replacement and a discount code for your next order.

While these situations are rare, we’ve experienced growing demand and prefer to anticipate potential delays rather than leave you uninformed.

Delivery times to countries outside the UK may vary and can take up to one month, depending on location and local logistics.

Please note the difference between dispatch and delivery:

Delivery refers to the actual transit and arrival time, which depends on the carrier and your location.

Dispatch refers to the time our team needs to process and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.
